Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin (born April 15th, 1977) is an American writer, director comedian as well as a podcaster. She also promotes mental well-being. Her previous job was as the writer at BuzzFeed Video, but she and her friend Gabe Dunn left to focus on the YouTube comedy channel Just Between Us in 2015. Raskin was born in Manhattan 20 June 1989, to a Jewish mother and father and was raised by her parents. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of Southern California. Jamin Ben Raskin (born 13 December 1962) is a American attorney, law professor, and politician who has been representative for the U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district as of 2017. The law professor served as the prosecutor in Trump's second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin, who is the Maryland senatorial candidate for the following term, has decided to stay in the House and run to be the chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. It is located near Washington, D.C., the 8th district takes in some of the most affluent suburbs in the inner-ring such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac. The district is also home to numerous other, more multi-cultural and economically driven neighborhoods. Rockville and Silver Spring are two of the most populated.
